Terms of Use
These terms apply to the CawBot website at cawbot.site, the Telegram bot @CawBotHQ_bot and related services (together, "CawBot"). By using CawBot you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use CawBot.
1. Beta service
CawBot is in open beta. Features may change, break or be removed without notice. Launches, trades and balances marked "simulated" or "demo" are not real and move no funds.
2. No advice
Nothing provided by CawBot, including safety scores, scan results, posts, documents or messages, is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
3. Scans are not guarantees
Safety scans are automated, read-only checks of public blockchain data. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and can be fooled by malicious contracts. A good score does not mean a token is safe, and a warning does not mean a token is a scam.
4. Non-custodial
CawBot never holds your funds, private keys or seed phrases. Wallet connections only ask you to sign messages that send no transaction. Any transaction you make on Robinhood Chain, Pons or elsewhere is made by you, from your own wallet, under that service's own terms.
5. $CAWBOT
$CAWBOT is a utility token that unlocks perks inside CawBot. It is not a share, security, deposit or claim on CawBot or anyone else, and it carries no right to profits, fees, dividends, interest or any return. Perks may change. The token trades on public markets that CawBot does not control; its price can fall to zero. Do not buy it if this is not permitted where you live.
6. Privacy Vault
Seals record that a fingerprint existed at a point in time. They do not register copyright, prove legal ownership or protect a work on their own. You are responsible for keeping your private receipt safe; it cannot be recovered.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use CawBot to break the law, defraud or impersonate anyone, promote scams, interfere with the service (including spam, scraping at abusive rates or attacks), or get around limits such as the daily scan allowance. We may limit or block access for misuse.
8. Third-party services
CawBot relies on services we do not control, including Telegram, Robinhood Chain and its RPC, the Blockscout explorer, Pons, wallet providers and our hosting providers. Their availability and accuracy are outside our control.
9. Intellectual property
The CawBot name, logo, website and bot are ours. Your files and work stay yours; the Privacy Vault never receives them.
10. No warranty and limitation of liability
CawBot is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, CawBot and its contributors are not liable for any loss of funds, profits, data or opportunity, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of CawBot or of any token, including $CAWBOT.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use CawBot after a change means you accept it.
